1. Guide the development and evolution of the cost controlling process within the finance team.
2. Structure methodologies and tools for cost control and promote continuous improvement.
3. Ensure accurate and timely calculation of product costs throughout the product lifecycle.
4. Support pricing and margin decisions with transparent cost structures.
5. Provide deep analysis of manufacturing and supply chain cost drivers.
6. Develop and maintain accurate standard cost calculations for existing and new products.
7. Validate standard costs and ensure reliability on raw materials, labor, machine time, and overheads.
8. Support budget and year-end processes with up-to-date product costing data.
9. Define yearly labor rates and calculate yearly overheads in collaboration with HR.
10. Provide cost simulations and scenario analyses during development phases.
11. Lead strategic financial scenario analysis for new product development.
12. Coordinate the development of complex analytical frameworks for profitability analysis.
13. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze variances.

1. Degree in accounting, finance, industrial engineering, or related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in product costing or industrial controlling.

1. Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally SAP CO-PC and PLM.
2. Strong knowledge of BOMs, routings, and cost structures.
3. Excellent Excel skills; BI tools are a plus.
4. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
5. Good communication skills with non-financial stakeholders.
6. Experience in multi-product, multi-site environments.
7. Knowledge of activity-based costing (ABC) or lean costing.
8. Familiarity with product lifecycle costing (PLC) concepts.
9. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
10. Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in product costing or industrial controlling.

Degree in accounting, finance, industrial engineering, or related field.
