1. Manage operative expenses and capital expenditures for the shoes and leather goods business.
2. Define and enhance financial processes and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
3. Prepare and monitor budgets and long-term plans (3YP/5YP), analyzing actual versus budget variances.
4. Produce detailed financial reports and insightful commentary for top management.
5. Support investment proposals with robust business cases and ROI analyses.
6. Oversee operating costs including utilities, rent, security, and maintenance.
7. Enhance monthly financial analyses to optimize operational expenses.
8. Provide timely and accurate financial reports ensuring data integrity.
9. Address internal audit requirements with precision.
10. Monitor project progress against budget, evaluating deadlines, costs, and returns.
11. Ensure compliance with financial deadlines and reporting timelines.
12. Serve as a proactive business partner to operations, providing financial guidance.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CMA) preferred.
3. 1-3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or cost control.

1. Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
2. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
3. Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
7. Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Italian is advantageous.

1-3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or cost control within a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is highly preferred.
