1. Develop and implement the Retail Training Strategy for the Southern France network.
2. Foster trust and adaptability with boutique collaborators.
3. Act as an ambassador for the Training Department in France and Monaco, promoting a positive learning culture.
4. Plan and execute tailored training programs in corporate culture, product expertise, customer experience, management, and operations.
5. Identify coaching opportunities to enhance excellence and performance among Advisors and Managers.
6. Monitor retail and training KPIs, integrating them into monthly reports.
7. Assess and improve customer experience satisfaction metrics (NPS & Mystery Shopping).
8. Participate in client reception management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar senior training role within Couture, Beauty, or Hospitality sectors.
2. Proven managerial experience with a focus on client-centric approaches.

8. Competency in digital tools such as Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint, and Excel.
9. Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a senior training role within the Couture, Beauty, or Hospitality sectors is required.
