Christian Dior In-Store Training Manager

1. Develop and facilitate training programs within the boutique, covering brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremony, client development, and employee induction.
2. Evaluate ongoing training and development needs of the boutique, providing regular feedback to retail teams and corporate departments.
3. Revise or create new training programs in collaboration with the training team based on business needs.
4. Partner with regional, merchandising, visual, events, CRM, and PR teams to develop seasonal product training.
5. Track productivity reporting and collaborate with regional leadership to coach and manage underperforming associates.
6. Oversee induction and onboarding for new employees, supporting store openings, events, and activations.
7. Assist management with on-the-floor coaching to enhance client experience, styling, and brand ambassadorship.
8. Provide training recaps to training, boutique management, and retail leadership teams.
9. Communicate with retail leadership to assess the training level of all employees.
10. Coordinate and manage the training calendar to support seasonal launches, events, and activations.
11. Adjust priorities and manage time to effectively support business needs.
12. Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up.

1. 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Strong passion and awareness of the luxury fashion industry.
3. Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
4. Ability to create interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs.
5. Clear and concise communication skills across all organizational levels.
6. Active listening skills and ability to communicate material and instructions effectively.
7. Adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Strong computer presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
9. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 5 years of retail training experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

Salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
