Christian Dior In-Store Training Manager

- Develop and facilitate training programs in boutiques, covering brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremony, client development, and employee induction.
- Evaluate training and development needs of boutiques regularly and provide feedback to retail teams and corporate departments.
- Collaborate with the training team to revise or create new training programs based on business needs.
- Partner with regional, merchandising, visual, events, CRM, and PR teams to develop seasonal product training.
- Track productivity reporting processes and work with regional leadership to coach and manage underperforming associates.
- Oversee induction and onboarding for new boutique employees and support store openings, events, and activations.
- Assist management with on-the-floor coaching to enhance client experience, styling, and brand ambassadorship.
- Provide training recaps to training, boutique management, and retail leadership teams.
- Communicate with retail leadership to assess the training level of all employees.
- Coordinate and manage the training calendar to support seasonal launches, events, and activations.
- Adjust priorities and manage time effectively to support business needs.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up to sustain improvements.
- Minimum 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong passion and awareness of the luxury fashion industry.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
- Capability to create interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs.
- Clear and concise communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Active listening skills and ability to communicate material and instructions effectively.
- Proficiency in computer presentation tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Minimum 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
