Christian Dior In-Store Training Manager

- Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs in the boutique, covering brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremonies, client development, and employee induction.
- Evaluate and address the training and development needs of the boutique on an ongoing basis, providing regular feedback to retail teams and corporate departments.
- Collaborate with the training team to assess existing programs and develop new initiatives based on business requirements.
- Partner with regional, merchandising, visual, events, CRM, and PR teams to create seasonal product training.
- Monitor productivity reporting processes and work with regional leadership to coach and manage underperforming associates.
- Oversee the induction and onboarding process for new boutique employees and support store openings, events, and activations.
- Provide on-the-floor coaching to enhance client experience, styling, and brand ambassadorship among boutique teams.
- Deliver training recaps to training, boutique management, and retail leadership teams.
- Communicate with retail leadership to assess the training level of all employees.
- Coordinate and manage the training calendar to support seasonal launches, events, and activations.
- Adjust priorities and manage time effectively to meet business needs.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up to ensure sustainability.
- Minimum 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong passion and awareness of the luxury fashion industry.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
- Proficiency in developing interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Active listening skills and ability to convey material and instructions effectively.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Proficient in computer presentation skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Flexibility to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Minimum 5 years of retail training experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
