1. Adapt and implement training content and in-store coaching based on store needs and challenges.
2. Deliver comprehensive training on client experience, product knowledge, and clienteling.
3. Analyze training effectiveness and collaborate with store management to foster a positive learning culture.
4. Develop and execute in-store training plans aligned with company strategy to enhance client experience.
5. Identify store needs and provide tailored training and coaching in collaboration with store management and training teams.
6. Establish strong partnerships with in-store trainers to support onboarding and training integration.
7. Lead by example to create an environment conducive to learning and skill development.
8. Analyze post-training behavioral changes and business impact, ensuring appropriate follow-up and communication.
9. Serve as a role model for the team, embodying the DREAM IN DIOR ethos and adhering to dress code and grooming standards.
10. Collaborate with store management to contribute to store operations and sales targets through training initiatives.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training or a related field.
