Christian Dior Image Studio Coordinator

- Ensure continuous liaison between Image Directors, creative teams, and Image Project Managers.
- Coordinate requests with the Traffic Manager and Executive Assistant.
- Facilitate information flow among creative, operational teams, and management.
- Monitor real-time progress of Image projects.
- Ensure balanced distribution of projects among Artistic Directors.
- Anticipate and manage scheduling constraints, including emergencies and team leaves.
- Moderate and adjust workflow in consultation with Image Directors.
- Define and manage the agenda for Image pre-production meetings.
- Organize and lead pre-production meetings, drafting precise minutes and tracking decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date Image presentation files for top management and Creative Directors.
- Ensure quality, clarity, and timely delivery of presentation materials.
- Provide reliable reporting on project progress and critical issues.
- Logistical and organizational expertise in creative and image domains.
- Extensive experience in managing complex projects in demanding environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Natural leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English (international environment).
- High level of precision, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and logistical skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Fluency in English and French.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within a high-pressure environment is required.
