1. Collaborate with the Artistic Director to develop and implement visual concepts.
2. Work closely with the Producer on logistical, budgetary, and technical aspects of projects.
3. Coordinate with the Traffic Officer to ensure thorough tracking of marketing and communication needs.
4. Liaise with styling managers to ensure the availability of necessary pieces for productions.
5. Accurately update presentation documents, schedules, and creative materials (styling, locations, set design, creative mood).
6. Oversee production schedules (shoots, filming, post-production) and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Participate in validation phases and coordinate feedback between internal and external teams.
8. Manage image rights and contracts in coordination with production and legal teams.
9. Ensure the archiving and organization of image assets.
10. Monitor invoicing for service providers and suppliers.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex projects in a demanding environment.

1. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
2. Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Bilingual proficiency in English (international environment).
5. High level of precision, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex projects in a demanding environment.
