Christian Dior Human Resources Trainee

- Lead and foster engagement within the trainee community, serving as a primary HR point of contact.
- Support the full Corporate Trainee Program recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, reference checks, offers, and rejections.
- Partner with the HR Operations Coordinator for seamless data entry and onboarding preparation for trainees.
- Coordinate logistics for animation events, including catering, gifting, and vendor management.
- Collect feedback from trainees to identify areas for program improvement and development.
- Support HR Generalists with employee relations matters in both retail and corporate settings.
- Collaborate with the HR Coordinator to execute the Campus Strategy, including participation in campus recruitment events and tracking critical metrics.
- Assist with the facilitation of NextGen event logistics.
- Contribute to HR projects across areas such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, HR Efficiency, CSR, and DEI.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and create strategic presentations for HR initiatives.
- Manage the NYC Corporate Office floor plan and senior leadership expenses.
- Assist with ad hoc Generalist projects.
- At least 6 months of prior HR experience.
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with remote work on Fridays.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills through effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
At least 6 months of prior HR experience is required.
The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
