1. Participate in organizational strategy discussions for various departments, analyzing and enhancing organizational competencies.
2. Advise and support operational managers in team management, organization, recruitment, and development.
3. Define and oversee recruitment processes to meet organizational evolution needs, balancing profiles in terms of seniority, skills, expertise, and potential.
4. Manage partnerships with recruitment agencies and propose new sourcing and recruitment methods.
5. Ensure the onboarding and integration of new employees and monitor their progress.
6. Ensure compliance with legal obligations in collaboration with the Personnel Department.
7. Develop employee growth plans, tracking team progress and constructing training plans with managers.
8. Prepare budget exercises and ensure adherence to approved staffing levels.
9. Co-lead the annual salary recommendation process, advising operational managers while respecting budget constraints.

1. Advanced degree equivalent to BAC+5, Master's in Human Resources.

A minimum of 10 years in generalist human resources roles, particularly in recruitment and HR development, ideally within an international corporate context.

Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
