- Lead Employee Relations topics and investigations for the Central region, utilizing effective interviewing and documentation techniques.
- Communicate regularly on pending investigations and provide timely reports with supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the Legal and Asset Protection teams to conduct investigations and resolve workplace matters.
- Analyze employee relations trends and develop proactive strategies, solutions, and policies.
- Promote positive employee relations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Report employee relations cases in the internal tracker.
- Act as a thought leader on HRBP topics, including Talent Development and Performance Management strategies.
- Identify learning and development needs for retail teams in partnership with the Talent Development team.
- Drive talent management, development, retention, and succession planning for West coast retail teams.
- Support Organization Management Review and career mobility processes.
- Drive employee engagement by developing and managing motivational programs.
- Lead Performance Management training and career conversations with retail talents.
- Partner with HR Controlling team in staff cost budget planning.
- Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Align HR practices with business goals and propose improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with Senior Manager, Human Resources and LVMH HR Business Partners to ensure best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, development, and employee relations
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Organizational skills for document management
- Clear and concise communication
- Credibility and integrity in communications
- Effective communication by phone and in person
Minimum of 5 years in relevant Human Resources roles, with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
Bachelor’s Degree
Base salary with bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
