- Lead talent management and development initiatives, acting as a thought leader and subject matter expert.
- Identify learning and development needs in partnership with the Talent Development team.
- Drive talent management, retention, and succession planning for corporate teams.
- Support Organization Management Review and career mobility processes.
- Manage performance management training tools and lead career conversations.
- Supervise next-generation talent strategies, including Trainee programs.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead employee relations topics, conducting investigations and providing timely reports.
- Partner with Legal and Asset Protection teams for effective resolution of workplace matters.
- Collaborate with HR Controlling team in staff cost budget planning.
- Align HR practices with business goals and propose process improvements.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, development, and employee relations
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex environment
- Initiative and independent work capability
- Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Organizational skills for document management
- Clear and concise communication
- Credibility and integrity in communications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, focusing on talent management, development, and employee relations.
Bachelor’s Degree
Base salary range of $100k-125k, plus bonus eligibility.
