1. Lead talent management and development initiatives, acting as a thought leader and subject matter expert.
2. Identify learning and development needs in partnership with the Talent Development team.
3. Drive talent management, retention, and succession planning for corporate teams.
4. Support Organization Management Review and career mobility processes.
5. Manage performance management training tools and lead career conversations.
6. Supervise next-generation talent strategies, including Trainee programs.
7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
8. Lead employee relations topics, conducting investigations and providing timely reports.
9. Partner with Legal and Asset Protection teams for effective resolution of workplace matters.
10. Collaborate with HR Controlling team in staff cost budget planning.
11. Align HR practices with business goals and propose process improvements.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
3. Strong knowledge of US labor laws
4. Demonstrated experience in talent management, development, and employee relations
5. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

4. Organizational skills for document management

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, focusing on talent management, development, and employee relations.

Bachelor’s Degree

Base salary range of $100k-125k, plus bonus eligibility.
