- Serve as the primary HR contact for the flagship store.
- Lead HR strategies aligned with the House of Dior's and HR Americas roadmaps.
- Provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring seamless and consistent practices.
- Act as a liaison between the House of Dior and corporate teams.
- Ensure precise and timely execution of HR operations.
- Partner with the Talent Development team to identify and address training needs.
- Drive talent management, development, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
- Foster employee engagement and create an exceptional employee experience.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects with CSR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development teams.
- Conduct career development discussions with employees.
- Act as the primary contact for Employee Relations matters, collaborating with the regional HR Director.
- Regularly communicate on ongoing investigations and provide detailed reports.
- Manage and resolve performance issues fairly and consistently.
- Support performance management processes within the West region.
- Ensure adherence to Christian Dior and LVMH internal policies.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex work environment.
- Proactive and capable of working independently.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize and manage important documents efficiently.
- Communicate information clearly and concisely.
- Maintain credibility and integrity in all communications.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
