1. Serve as the primary HR contact for the flagship boutique.
2. Lead HR strategies in alignment with the House of Dior's and HR Americas' roadmaps.
3. Provide comprehensive HR support to ensure seamless and consistent practices.
4. Act as a liaison between the House of Dior and corporate teams.
5. Ensure precise and timely execution of HR operations.
6. Partner with the Talent Development team to identify and address training needs.
7. Drive talent management, development, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
8. Foster employee engagement and create an exceptional employee experience.
9. Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects with CSR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development teams.
10. Conduct career development discussions with employees.
11. Act as the primary contact for Employee Relations matters, collaborating with the regional HR Director.
12. Regularly communicate on ongoing investigations and provide detailed reports.
13. Manage and resolve performance issues fairly and consistently.
14. Support performance management processes within the West region.
15. Ensure adherence to Christian Dior and LVMH internal policies.

1. At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
3. Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Strong relationship-building skills.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally within the luxury retail sector.

Salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
