1. Assist with posting job advertisements on relevant online platforms.
2. Screen CVs and applications.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews.
4. Conduct reference checks.
5. Assist with onboarding new employees.
6. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
8. Assist with processing employee documentation and HR reporting.
9. Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives.
10. Assist with employee enquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
11. Support and organize employee engagement activities and events.
12. Maintain kitchen and office supplies and equipment.
13. Assist with general office tasks as required.
14. Support General Manager with expense claims.
15. Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with Australian and New Zealand employment laws.
16. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, preferably from an Australian university.
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

1. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Familiarity with Australian and New Zealand employment laws is an advantage.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for current students or recent graduates in Human Resources.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources.
