1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
3. Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee-centric programs.
5. Organize staff engagement events to foster a positive work culture.
6. Prepare monthly HR reports and collaborate with team members for accurate task completion.
7. Perform general administrative duties, including filing and maintaining HR records.
