Christian Dior Human Resources Development Project Assistant

- Enhance campus relations and organize events to attract early career professionals.
- Develop and manage the Dior Ambassador community, engaging Dior employees with educational institutions.
- Create HR-focused content for social media and manage Job Teaser platform.
- Collaborate with the Young Talent Development Manager on various HR development projects.
- Facilitate the integration, training, and development of interns and graduates.
- Support and animate the VIE and Graduate program communities.
- Manage alumni engagement and recruitment initiatives.
- Analyze performance management data and organize career meetings with young talents.
- Develop talent pipelines to support transformation and communicate opportunities within the company.
- Create tools and processes for data reporting to measure project effectiveness and impact.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or University Master's program with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Interest in HR innovation and transformation challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- High conceptualization ability and proactive in proposing ideas.
- Curiosity and interest in following HR market trends.
- Proven adaptability and responsiveness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communication skills, especially with senior management.
- Project management and coordination skills.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources.
