1. Assist in recruitment processes, including manager briefings, posting job listings, and sourcing candidates through job boards.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews, providing feedback to managers.
3. Maintain quality candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
4. Manage administrative and contractual tasks using HR tools such as Core HR.
5. Prepare onboarding materials and follow up with new talents.
6. Participate in school relations activities, including organizing discovery internships and school forums.
7. Support HR team with various projects and activities, such as organizing seminars and tracking KPIs.
8. Engage in general HR topics like performance and salary reviews, depending on the HR calendar.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by proposing innovative ideas and implementing optimization strategies.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+4/+5).
2. Professional proficiency in English.
