Christian Dior Human Resources Assistant

- Assist in the administrative onboarding process for new employees, including file creation and document tracking.
- Manage and monitor tripartite agreements and secondment agreements.
- Draft and update job descriptions and advertisements for various channels.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and adherence to internal procedures.
- Analyze and track HR data, including headcount and HR indicators.
- Participate in organizing and preparing key HR events such as OMR, Rise, and ICR.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for HR presentations.
- Collaborate with the European HR Project team on transformation and harmonization projects, as well as HR data projects.
- Organize and schedule HR training sessions, including managing registrations and logistics.
- Support candidate sourcing and pre-selection for recruitment processes.
- Assist HR Business Partners in daily personnel management and cross-functional projects.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an HR role, such as an internship or apprenticeship.
- Strong leadership and influence skills with operational managers.
- Autonomous, proactive, and innovative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persistence, responsiveness, and adaptability.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Entry-level experience with a minimum of 6 months in a human resources role, including internships or apprenticeships.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
