Christian Dior Human Resources Assistant Intern

- Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including drafting and posting job listings, pre-selecting candidates, and supporting onboarding processes.
- Update and maintain HR department records, including organizational charts, employee data, and notice boards.
- Contribute to the planning and organization of site events, internal communications, and publications.
- Act as a liaison with the central HR office, assisting in the coordination and organization of training programs.
- Manage HR department logistics, including supply orders, mail distribution, document archiving, and meal order arrangements.
- Support administrative tasks such as monitoring internship agreements, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing visitor reception.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or Bachelor's in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proactive, with strong analytical skills and recognized for interpersonal intelligence, listening skills, and discretion.
- Solution-oriented with a pragmatic approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to quickly become autonomous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English for intra-group relations and international contacts.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Master's degree or Bachelor's in Human Resources or equivalent.
