Christian Dior Human Resources Assistant Intern

- Assist with the administrative onboarding process for new employees, including file creation, document tracking, and integration.
- Manage and monitor tripartite agreements and secondment agreements.
- Draft and update job descriptions and job postings for various channels.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and adherence to internal procedures.
- Analyze and track HR data, including workforce metrics and HR indicators.
- Participate in organizing and preparing key HR events such as OMR, Rise, and ICR.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for HR presentations.
- Collaborate with the European HR Project team on transformation and harmonization projects, as well as HR data initiatives.
- Organize and schedule HR training sessions, including managing registrations, logistics, and participant communication.
- Support candidate sourcing and pre-selection during recruitment processes.
- Assist HR Business Partners with daily personnel management and cross-functional projects.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR role, either through an internship or apprenticeship.
- Leadership and influence skills with operational managers.
- Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Perseverance, responsiveness, and adaptability.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Entry-level experience with a minimum of 6 months in a human resources role, such as an internship or apprenticeship.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
