1. Provide support to HR users across various subsidiaries in areas such as Core HR, Compensation, and Talent/Performance.
2. Handle data extraction requests and develop both global and local reports using Success Factors.
3. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to enhance support processes and contribute to their industrialization.
4. Document procedures and create operational manuals.
5. Monitor data flows and integrations to ensure alignment of HRIS databases.
6. Participate in international projects, including Core HR deployment, data migration, and testing.
7. Contribute to project deliverables and assist the HRIS team in meeting deadlines.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (Master 1 or Master 2) with a specialization in HRIS or Human Resources.

1. Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in progress, specializing in HRIS or Human Resources.
