Christian Dior HR Project Assistant

- Support the animation of talent communities and coordinate initiatives for young talents, including retail and graduate programs.
- Conduct research on best practices in talent development, industry trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Contribute to content creation, communications, and development projects.
- Track and support mobility pathways for young talent populations.
- Continuously enhance employee journey and engagement touchpoints.
- Perform data analysis on talent pools to generate actionable insights guiding development strategies.
- Maintain and update mobility tracking to facilitate career discussions and succession planning.
- Coordinate performance evaluation campaigns in Europe in partnership with local HR teams.
- Support the deployment of engagement initiatives across Europe, including post-survey action plans.
- Regularly communicate via newsletters to promote retail career opportunities and highlight HR initiatives.
- Serve as the point of contact for relevant countries, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Support the deployment of programs and initiatives across multiple markets.
- Master's degree with initial experience in communication, training, or project management.
- Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Robust project management and organizational skills.
- Committed, positive, resilient, and results-oriented.
Beginner level experience required.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
