1. Support the animation of talent communities and coordinate initiatives for young talents, including retail and graduate programs.
2. Conduct research on best practices in talent development, industry trends, and competitor benchmarking.
3. Contribute to content creation, communications, and development projects.
4. Track and support mobility pathways for young talent populations.
5. Continuously enhance employee journey and engagement touchpoints.
6. Perform data analysis on talent pools to generate actionable insights guiding development strategies.
7. Maintain and update mobility tracking to facilitate career discussions and succession planning.
8. Coordinate performance evaluation campaigns in Europe in partnership with local HR teams.
9. Support the deployment of engagement initiatives across Europe, including post-survey action plans.
10. Regularly communicate via newsletters to promote retail career opportunities and highlight HR initiatives.
11. Serve as the point of contact for relevant countries, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
12. Support the deployment of programs and initiatives across multiple markets.

1. Master's degree with initial experience in communication, training, or project management.
2. Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
