Christian Dior HR Learning & Culture Internship

- Assist in organizing and managing internal training programs, both funded and non-funded, for Dior Industrial employees in Italy.
- Aid in the creation and updating of educational materials, presentations, and training evaluation tools.
- Handle logistical aspects of training courses, including scheduling, invitations, venues, and materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and participation in training programs.
- Actively participate in organizing and attending Career Days and recruitment events.
- Maintain and develop relationships with partner schools, universities, and technical institutes to attract young talent.
- Contribute to organizing internal events to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement.
- Support the creation and dissemination of internal newsletters, HR communications, and company updates through graphic content design.
- Collaborate on the production of multimedia content for internal communication, including graphic content, photos, videos, and captions.
- Assist in creating slides and presentations for HR projects.
- Ensure the updating of internal communication channels.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc HR projects related to organizational development and corporate culture.
- Degree or current enrollment in humanities or communication disciplines.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of graphic content tools, especially Canva and Visio.
- Strong interest in training, personnel development, and employer branding.
- Proactivity and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality of information.
