1. Conduct CV screenings and manage phone interviews.
2. Organize and coordinate individual interviews both on-site and remotely.
3. Publish job advertisements and assist during individual interviews.
4. Update job descriptions and organizational charts.
5. Support document archiving processes.
6. Assist in organizing corporate presentation days and student meetings in coordination with universities and schools.
7. Monitor deadlines for temporary contracts, internships, and stage projects.
8. Prepare employment contracts and verify necessary documentation for hiring or internship placements.
9. Prepare various internal reports for local and headquarters use.
10. Support in calculating commissions based on the company's incentive plan.
11. Update employee records.

1. Beginner level experience in HR or related field.
