1. Enhance campus relations and organize events to attract early career professionals.
2. Develop and manage the Dior Ambassador community for school engagements.
3. Create and manage HR content on social media platforms and Job Teaser.
4. Collaborate on HR development projects for early career professionals.
5. Facilitate the integration, training, and development of interns.
6. Support the VIE and Graduate programs through community engagement.
7. Manage alumni relations and recruitment initiatives.
8. Analyze performance management data and organize career meetings.
9. Develop talent pipelines to promote transformation within the company.
10. Create tools and processes for data reporting and project impact assessment.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or University Master's program with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Interest in HR innovation and transformation challenges.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
4. Excellent conceptualization skills and proactive approach.
5. Curiosity and awareness of HR market trends.
6. Adaptability and responsiveness.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Strong communication skills with top management.
4. Project management and coordination skills.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources.
