- Enhance campus relations and organize events to attract early career professionals.
- Develop and manage the Dior Ambassador community for school engagements.
- Create and manage HR content on social media platforms and Job Teaser.
- Collaborate on HR development projects for early career professionals.
- Facilitate the integration, training, and development of interns.
- Support the VIE and Graduate programs through community engagement.
- Manage alumni relations and recruitment initiatives.
- Analyze performance management data and organize career meetings.
- Develop talent pipelines to promote transformation within the company.
- Create tools and processes for data reporting and project impact assessment.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or University Master's program with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Interest in HR innovation and transformation challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent conceptualization skills and proactive approach.
- Curiosity and awareness of HR market trends.
- Adaptability and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong communication skills with top management.
- Project management and coordination skills.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources.
