Christian Dior HR Controlling Associate

- Support HR Controllers in preparing internal business partner reports by performing data checks and audits on staff costs, invoice accruals, headcount, and open positions.
- Assist in preparing ad hoc analysis and reports such as employee turnover and compensation studies.
- Prepare monthly data books for financial analysis of staff costs for the FP&A team during financial close.
- Assist in preparing forecasts, including assumptions, Anaplan input, and data book preparation.
- Support HR Controllers in HRIS project management, specifically Anaplan implementation.
- Manage vendors and create purchase orders in the invoice management tool, collaborating with HR directors to monitor department costs.
- Develop proficiency in HRIS tools (Anaplan, Ulti-pro, ADP, Talent, Core HR, Foundation) for BI report preparation and data audits.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Controlling or Corporate Finance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex environment.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Organizational skills for managing important documents.
- Clear and concise information delivery.
- Effective communication skills by phone and in-person.
- Time-sensitive, accurate, and dependable.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Controlling or Corporate Finance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
