1. Support HR Controllers in preparing internal business partner reports by performing data checks and audits on staff costs, invoice accruals, headcount, and open positions.
2. Assist in preparing ad hoc analysis and reports such as employee turnover and compensation studies.
3. Prepare monthly data books for financial analysis of staff costs for the FP&A team during financial close.
4. Assist in preparing forecasts, including assumptions, Anaplan input, and data book preparation.
5. Support HR Controllers in HRIS project management, specifically Anaplan implementation.
6. Manage vendors and create purchase orders in the invoice management tool, collaborating with HR directors to monitor department costs.
7. Develop proficiency in HRIS tools (Anaplan, Ulti-pro, ADP, Talent, Core HR, Foundation) for BI report preparation and data audits.

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Controlling or Corporate Finance.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong planning and organizational skills.
4. Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

At least 1-2 years of experience in Controlling or Corporate Finance is required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
