1. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction of top talent and successful integration into teams.
2. Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the jewelry manufacturing sector.
3. Implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
4. Lead talent development initiatives, identifying potential and constructing personalized career paths.
5. Identify skill needs and develop training programs in collaboration with FG Academy.
6. Implement competency assessment tools and monitor employee progress.
7. Facilitate organizational and cultural changes, ensuring effective communication and team involvement.
8. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize work organization.
9. Ensure the smooth deployment of social policies within the workshop.
10. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory labor obligations.
11. Manage individual disciplinary situations, in collaboration with external counsel if necessary.
12. Participate in cross-functional HR projects, contributing expertise and driving continuous improvement.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial or artisanal environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of jewelry or watchmaking professions.
