- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction of top talent and successful integration into teams.
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the jewelry manufacturing sector.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead talent development initiatives, identifying potential and constructing personalized career paths.
- Identify skill needs and develop training programs in collaboration with FG Academy.
- Implement competency assessment tools and monitor employee progress.
- Facilitate organizational and cultural changes, ensuring effective communication and team involvement.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize work organization.
- Ensure the smooth deployment of social policies within the workshop.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory labor obligations.
- Manage individual disciplinary situations, in collaboration with external counsel if necessary.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects, contributing expertise and driving continuous improvement.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial or artisanal environment.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry or watchmaking professions.
- Meticulous organizational skills.
