1. Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
2. Screen resumes and application forms as necessary.
3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
4. Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
5. Prepare HR-related reports and support all CoreHR administrative tasks.
6. Address employee queries about benefits, such as remaining vacation days.
7. Assist in organizing onboarding processes.
8. Support in organizing meetings and agendas for the VP or HR Director Studio & Ateliers as needed.

1. Internship fully conducted in English.
2. Familiarity with CoreHR and internal databases.
3. Experience with MS Office suite.
4. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
5. Organizational skills.
6. Basic knowledge in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
7. Flexible and agile mindset.
