1. Manage the administrative aspects of employee files throughout the employee lifecycle.
2. Prepare and track declarations for illness, accidents, maternity, and family allowances.
3. Support the organization and tracking of training sessions, including collecting requests, managing registrations, and monitoring summary tables and budgets.
4. Assist in optimizing HR administrative processes.
5. Handle HR correspondence.

1. Commercial employee training, supplemented by the HRSE Certificate.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administrative management.
3. Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance.
4. Familiarity with the CCT Horlogère is an asset.

1. Proficiency in French (native) and English (B1 level).
2. Strong command of IT tools, particularly MS Office.
3. Knowledge of SAP-HR and Mobatime is an advantage.
4. Attention to detail, discretion, and proactivity.
5. Adaptability and flexibility.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and prioritization.

A minimum of 3 years in HR administrative management is required.

Commercial employee training with HRSE Certificate.
