2. Ascertain the purpose of the client's visit discreetly, directing inquiries and anticipating needs efficiently.
3. Introduce clients to appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating a personalized experience.
4. Provide exceptional, anticipatory service, exceeding client expectations with a proactive approach.
5. Offer curated tours of the boutique, providing recommendations and insightful assistance.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, and heritage, including exclusive spa offerings.
7. Utilize boutique technology and client management systems proficiently.
8. Manage boutique traffic discreetly, maintaining an orderly and inviting atmosphere.
9. Support and participate in special events and clienteling initiatives.
10. Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance at all times.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment.
2. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Minimum 3 years

Salary range of $18-$23 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
