1. Daily operational follow-up of customer orders, including special creations and reproductions, in collaboration with central and regional teams.
2. Coordinate production needs and oversee the creation of product environments such as packaging and promotional materials.
3. Create and dispatch product sheets for market distribution.
4. Maintain and update customer order tracking files and article databases.
5. Participate in pricing and quotation processes for customer orders.
6. Manage final pricing, currency generation, and logistics coordination for order dispatch.
7. Develop PowerPoint presentations detailing specific offers and mappings.
8. Prepare gouaché files and certificates for different regions.
9. Coordinate layout and printing of gouachés.
10. Oversee the dispatch of event tools and manage inventory.
11. Provide operational support for events.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Initial experience in marketing or sales.

1. Strong organizational and structured thinking skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
5. Autonomous and proactive work ethic.
6. Numerical aptitude.
7. Product sensitivity in the high-end sector.

Entry-level experience in marketing or commercial roles is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
