1. Daily operational management of client orders, including special creations and reproductions, in collaboration with central and regional teams.
2. Coordinate production needs and follow up on product environment elements such as packaging and promotional materials.
3. Create and distribute product sheets to various markets.
4. Update client order tracking files and article databases, including pricing benchmarks.
5. Participate in the pricing process for client orders and coordinate logistics for order dispatch.
6. Develop PowerPoint presentations for specific offers and mapping.
7. Prepare gouaché dossiers and certificates for different regions.
8. Coordinate layout and printing of promotional materials.
9. Manage the dispatch and inventory of event tools and provide operational support.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Initial experience in marketing or sales.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
5. Ability to work independently and proactively.
6. Numerical proficiency.
7. Product sensitivity in the high-end sector.

Entry-level experience in marketing or commercial roles.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
