Christian Dior High-End Client Development Coordinator

- Coordinate daily team activities including meeting arrangements, agenda preparation, and action plan follow-ups.
- Maintain the central schedule for events and client engagement activities in collaboration with Events, Treatment, and market teams.
- Centralize and disseminate critical project information to ensure seamless progression.
- Facilitate effective communication among internal teams such as Marketing, Retail, CRM, and Finance.
- Compile and share weekly reports on event outcomes and client treatment actions with headquarters and market teams.
- Update KPI trackers and performance dashboards, monitoring participation, conversion rates, and client recruitment.
- Manage budgets for events and client initiatives, coordinating with Finance on commitments and expenditures.
- Prepare concise and visual summaries for management, including presentations and performance highlights.
- Support the coordination of high-end client development actions with markets, managing top client and prospect engagement.
- Consolidate market needs and ensure effective implementation of action plans.
- Participate in lead identification and nurturing initiatives, enhancing client discovery programs.
- Contribute to qualitative client profiling and interest tracking in collaboration with CRM and Retail teams.
- Ensure consistent service excellence across all touchpoints by gathering feedback and sharing best practices.
- Develop and distribute operational guidelines and post-project recaps to stakeholders.
- Engage in projects to elevate the high-end client experience, including clienteling tools and personalized journeys.
- Conduct competitive and inspirational research on luxury client treatment best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
- Initial significant experience in client development, operational marketing, CRM, or project management within luxury or retail environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and strong command of English; a third language is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and diplomatic communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong affinity for luxury client experiences, creativity, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work in a demanding environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Entry-level experience in client development, operational marketing, CRM, or project management within luxury or retail sectors is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
