1. Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for talent attraction, retention, and development within the region.
2. Oversee employee engagement and development initiatives to create a stimulating and inclusive work environment.
3. Manage the yearly Europe Organization and Management Review and performance reviews.
4. Design and roll out talent development projects to implement key talent development plans.
5. Implement a clear career pathing framework for employees across various roles in Europe.
6. Provide career counseling for strategic positions to ensure development, retention, and succession planning.
7. Design, implement, and manage internal mobility initiatives for career growth across Europe.
8. Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps in collaboration with Dior Academy and Central Learning Teams.
9. Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership development and technical skills training.
10. Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
11. Map and improve the employee experience throughout the employee journey.
12. Implement initiatives to promote well-being, quality of life, and employee engagement.
13. Measure and improve employee engagement through surveys and feedback collection.
14. Promote and roll out impactful CSR initiatives across Europe, including DE&I and community engagement.
15. Manage talent acquisition for key positions in the Europe Head Office.
16. Develop communication activities to attract top talent and maintain an active presence on professional networks.
17. Develop and deploy the region's internal communications strategy and oversee content creation for internal channels.

1. Proven HR experience of at least 15 years as an HR Generalist and Talent Engagement professional, preferably in retail and international environments.
2. Master's degree in Human Resources or Business.
3. Fluency in English; French is a plus.
