- Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for talent attraction, retention, and development within the region.
- Oversee employee engagement and development initiatives to create a stimulating and inclusive work environment.
- Manage the yearly Europe Organization and Management Review and performance reviews.
- Design and roll out talent development projects to implement key talent development plans.
- Implement a clear career pathing framework for employees across various roles in Europe.
- Provide career counseling for strategic positions to ensure development, retention, and succession planning.
- Design, implement, and manage internal mobility initiatives for career growth across Europe.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps in collaboration with Dior Academy and Central Learning Teams.
- Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership development and technical skills training.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Map and improve the employee experience throughout the employee journey.
- Implement initiatives to promote well-being, quality of life, and employee engagement.
- Measure and improve employee engagement through surveys and feedback collection.
- Promote and roll out impactful CSR initiatives across Europe, including DE&I and community engagement.
- Manage talent acquisition for key positions in the Europe Head Office.
- Develop communication activities to attract top talent and maintain an active presence on professional networks.
- Develop and deploy the region's internal communications strategy and oversee content creation for internal channels.
- Proven HR experience of at least 15 years as an HR Generalist and Talent Engagement professional, preferably in retail and international environments.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience in HR with a focus on talent engagement and acquisition, preferably in retail and international settings.
