1. Ensure the maintenance and optimal functioning of office facilities and technical installations, including HVAC systems, elevators, energy and fluid networks, and safety installations.
2. Monitor and execute periodic inspections and address any resulting issues.
3. Coordinate and oversee subcontractor interventions.
4. Provide technical support to various Christian Dior Couture departments during events.
5. Lead the implementation of the Routine Maintenance Plan.
6. Maintain technical communications with landlords.
7. Ensure comprehensive maintenance of all technical installations and building infrastructure.
8. Participate in budget preparation and expenditure control.
9. Collaborate with project teams to organize work in alignment with real estate management objectives.
10. Uphold and communicate safety and operational procedures consistent with DIOR's esteemed image.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
