Christian Dior Head of Maintenance Operations

- Ensure the maintenance and optimal functioning of office facilities and technical installations, including HVAC systems, elevators, energy and fluid networks, and safety installations.
- Monitor and execute periodic inspections and address any resulting issues.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractor interventions.
- Provide technical support to various Christian Dior Couture departments during events.
- Lead the implementation of the Routine Maintenance Plan.
- Maintain technical communications with landlords.
- Ensure comprehensive maintenance of all technical installations and building infrastructure.
- Participate in budget preparation and expenditure control.
- Collaborate with project teams to organize work in alignment with real estate management objectives.
- Uphold and communicate safety and operational procedures consistent with DIOR's esteemed image.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong teamwork and subcontractor management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Service quality and operational standards awareness.
- Proactive problem-solving and discretion.
- Adaptability, agility, and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with the luxury industry is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar maintenance management role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
