Christian Dior Head of Maintenance Operations

1. Ensure the maintenance of premises and technical installations, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, elevators, energy and fluid networks, and low current networks.
2. Oversee the proper functioning of building safety installations such as fire safety systems, generators, UPS, and fire doors.
3. Monitor the execution of periodic inspections and the resolution of any resulting issues.
4. Coordinate and supervise subcontractor interventions.
5. Provide technical support to various Christian Dior Couture departments during events.
6. Manage the implementation of routine maintenance plans.
7. Maintain technical communications with landlords.
8. Ensure all technical installations and building maintenance meet high standards.
9. Participate in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
10. Collaborate with project teams to organize work in alignment with real estate management objectives.
11. Uphold and communicate safety and operational procedures that reflect the DIOR brand image.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
