Christian Dior Head of Maintenance Operations

- Ensure the maintenance of premises and technical installations, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, elevators, energy and fluid networks, and low current networks.
- Oversee the proper functioning of building safety installations such as fire safety systems, generators, UPS, and fire doors.
- Monitor the execution of periodic inspections and the resolution of any resulting issues.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractor interventions.
- Provide technical support to various Christian Dior Couture departments during events.
- Manage the implementation of routine maintenance plans.
- Maintain technical communications with landlords.
- Ensure all technical installations and building maintenance meet high standards.
- Participate in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
- Collaborate with project teams to organize work in alignment with real estate management objectives.
- Uphold and communicate safety and operational procedures that reflect the DIOR brand image.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and vendor management skills.

- Confidentiality and discretion.
- Rigor, adaptability, and agility.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Fluency in English.
