1. Oversee the maintenance of premises and technical installations, including HVAC, elevators, energy and fluid networks, and security systems.
2. Monitor periodic inspections and ensure resolution of any issues identified.
3. Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities.

5. Manage the routine maintenance plans.
6. Maintain technical communication with landlords.
7. Ensure the upkeep of all technical installations and building maintenance.
8. Contribute to budget development and expenditure monitoring.
9. Collaborate with project teams to organize work in alignment with real estate management objectives.
10. Uphold and communicate safety and operational procedures consistent with Dior's brand image.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Engineering, Business, or related field).
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
