Christian Dior Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

- Support the business in all aspects of finance management in collaboration with the Finance Director, General Manager, EMEA finance zone, and Retail Directors.
- Manage and oversee monthly finance management reporting, budgets, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Lead the finance management team and partner with the full finance department.
- Prepare and review monthly reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flows, and FTE.
- Prepare quarterly consolidated packages and IFRS 16 reports.
- Assist in reconciliation processes and invoice coding.
- Support purchase order processes and provide training to various departments.
- Maintain communication with Paris HQ on internal control processes and manage the Erica campaign.
- Participate in monthly and annual reporting, including annual inventories.
- Support statutory accounts audits with preparation of back-ups and analysis.
- Conduct monthly analysis of sales, margins, and costs, providing strategic solutions for budget control.
- Prepare budgets and revisions, including a 3-year budget plan and presentations.
- Analyze KPIs and support business developments and finance control projects.
- Prepare SOPs, store opening plans, and validate supplier creations.
- Participate in Finance/IT project implementations and reinforce internal controls.
- Provide training on finance tools and processes to the organization.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in a similar position within an international group.
- Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA) or Business school graduate.
- Solid accounting knowledge with quick analytical capabilities.
- Strong Excel and system knowledge (SAP, Cegid & Cognos).
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proactive, agile, and able to work at a fast pace.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player.
- Fluency in English; French is beneficial.
Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in a similar position within an international group.
Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA) or Business school graduate.
The role offers a hybrid working mode, combining remote and on-site work at the head office.
