1. Support the business in all aspects of finance management in collaboration with the Finance Director, General Manager, EMEA finance zone, and Retail Directors.
2. Manage and oversee monthly finance management reporting, budgets, and ad hoc financial analysis.
3. Lead the finance management team and partner with the full finance department.
4. Prepare and review monthly reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flows, and FTE.
5. Prepare quarterly consolidated packages and IFRS 16 reports.
6. Assist in reconciliation processes and invoice coding.
7. Support purchase order processes and provide training to various departments.
8. Maintain communication with Paris HQ on internal control processes and manage the Erica campaign.
9. Participate in monthly and annual reporting, including annual inventories.
10. Support statutory accounts audits with preparation of back-ups and analysis.
11. Conduct monthly analysis of sales, margins, and costs, providing strategic solutions for budget control.
12. Prepare budgets and revisions, including a 3-year budget plan and presentations.
13. Analyze KPIs and support business developments and finance control projects.
14. Prepare SOPs, store opening plans, and validate supplier creations.
15. Participate in Finance/IT project implementations and reinforce internal controls.
16. Provide training on finance tools and processes to the organization.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in a similar position within an international group.
2. Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA) or Business school graduate.

1. Solid accounting knowledge with quick analytical capabilities.
2. Strong Excel and system knowledge (SAP, Cegid & Cognos).
3. Business acumen and strategic thinking.
4. Proactive, agile, and able to work at a fast pace.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Team player.
7. Fluency in English; French is beneficial.

Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in a similar position within an international group.

Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA) or Business school graduate.

The role offers a hybrid working mode, combining remote and on-site work at the head office.
