1. Study and interpret sketches from the Artistic Direction.
2. Create and adjust prototypes and toiles.
3. Perform alterations before and after fittings in collaboration with the Premières Mains.
4. Work in accordance with technical instructions, selected materials, and deadlines.
5. Provide information for the creation of model sheets.
6. Ensure follow-up of models with the Premières Mains.
7. Communicate effectively with the Premières Mains regarding assembly and finishing.
8. Control the quality of each model before and after fittings.
9. Maintain the high level of quality expected by the Artistic Direction and the House.

1. Technical training in haute couture/pattern making/fashion trades, specializing in flou/tailoring or proven experience.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Haute Couture Pattern Making.

2. Autonomy, flexibility, curiosity, and open-mindedness.
3. Passion for the craft and ability to tackle technical challenges.
4. Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, precision, and sensitivity to quality.
6. Dynamic, excellent interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
7. Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in foreign languages (English/Italian/Chinese) is an asset.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Haute Couture Pattern Making.

Technical training in haute couture, pattern making, or fashion trades.
