1. Develop handbag patterns by interpreting design sketches and technical specifications from the creative team.
2. Collaborate with the prototyping team to create prototypes, ensuring fidelity to the original design and functionality for production.
3. Optimize patterns for industrialization, ensuring production efficiency and product quality.
4. Interface with the style office, prototyping team, technical office, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
5. Identify and promptly resolve any technical issues that may arise during pattern development and prototyping.

1. Proven experience as a pattern maker in the handbag leather goods sector, preferably within the luxury segment.
2. In-depth knowledge of manual and CAD pattern-making techniques, specifically Mozart.
3. Ability to interpret technical drawings and design specifications.

1. Excellent knowledge of materials used in leather goods, particularly leather.
2. Precision, attention to detail, and quality orientation.

5. Strong organizational skills and ability to structure work precisely and rigorously.
6. Goal-oriented mindset.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in pattern making within the leather goods industry.
