1. Welcome customers entering the boutique, ensuring 100% recognition of regular customers and VIPs.
2. Understand and address customers’ needs, guiding them within the boutique.
3. Act as an ambassador of the boutique, explaining its organization, history, and art pieces.
4. Assist customers with personalized services and respond promptly to their needs.
5. Remember customers' preferences and special requirements.
6. Provide the highest standard of customer service consistently.
7. Maintain impeccable grooming and dress standards.
8. Exhibit exemplary manners in all situations.
9. Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet customer expectations.
10. Maintain confidentiality and privacy.
11. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

1. Previous experience as a Host in a luxury, fast-paced environment or relevant high-end hospitality experience.
