1. Welcome each customer entering the boutique and ensure recognition of regular customers and VIPs.
2. Understand customers’ needs and guide them within the boutique.
3. Act as an ambassador of the boutique and the brand, explaining its organization, history, and artistic pieces.
4. Assist customers with personalized services, responding effectively and promptly to their needs.
5. Remember customers' preferences and special needs.
6. Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times.
7. Maintain immaculate dress and grooming standards.
8. Exhibit the best possible manners for every situation.
9. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met.
10. Maintain confidentiality and privacy.
11. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience as a Host within a luxury fast-paced environment or relevant experience in high-end hospitality.
2. Fluency in a second language is preferred.
