3. Ensure a flawless, upscale guest service experience.
4. Assist clients with inquiries and reasonable requests.
5. Maintain cleanliness and order at the boutique entrance.
6. Facilitate client transportation needs, such as hailing taxis.
7. Manage fitting room preparation to luxury standards, including garment steaming and rehanging.
8. Perform high-standard gift wrapping and packaging following Dior guidelines.
9. Maintain visual merchandising standards, including floor fixture alignment and merchandise reorganization.
10. Ensure all products meet quality standards and replace worn signage.
11. Treat customer data with confidentiality and sensitivity.
12. Demonstrate excellent product and range knowledge.
13. Support the selling team to maximize boutique performance.
