1. Conduct research on talent development best practices, industry trends, and competitor analysis, while measuring the effectiveness of current programs and identifying areas for improvement.
2. Perform detailed data analysis of talent pools to extract insights that inform talent development programming.
3. Collaborate with local HR to drive adoption and engagement within the Global Talent Community.
4. Identify opportunities to build and animate Maison Talent Communities, such as NEXT GEN Talent for individuals up to 30 years of age.
5. Support the rollout of key Group and Maison talent initiatives, including action planning following the new LVMH 'Career Compass' career development framework.
6. Provide animation, administrative, and logistical support for global talent development programs, such as the LVMH Spring Graduate Program.
7. Manage mobility trackers for the team to organize next steps in career discussions and support succession planning for the organization.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's Degree

1. Strong interest in talent development and a desire to learn more about the field
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Power BI is a plus
5. Skilled in presentation development
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with no prior professional experience.
