1. Conduct research on talent development best practices, industry trends, and competitor analysis, while measuring effectiveness of current programs and identifying areas of improvement.
2. Conduct detailed data analysis of talent pools, extracting insights to inform talent development programming.
3. Coordinate global RISE (performance evaluation) campaigns, partnering with local HR to drive adoption and engagement within the Global Talent Community.
4. Identify opportunities to build and animate Maison Talent Communities, such as NEXT GEN Talent up to 30 years of age.
5. Support in the rollout of key Group and Maison talent initiatives, such as action planning following the Pulse Survey results and the new LVMH 'Career Compass' career development framework.
6. Provide animation, administrative and logistical support for global talent development programs, such as LVMH Spring Graduate Program.
7. Manage mobility trackers for team to organize next steps career discussions and support succession planning for the organization.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in talent development and a desire to learn more about the field.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Skilled in presentation development.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
