Christian Dior Global Business Performance Analyst - Digital & Omnichannel

- Conduct weekly business performance reviews to provide critical and actionable insights for zones and central stakeholders, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Propose actions and growth opportunities based on observed or anticipated gaps compared to budget and targets.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive targeted actions and personalized campaigns based on client segment performance.
- Develop and consolidate E-commerce revenue forecasts, aligning with commercial ambitions across zones.
- Translate yearly and monthly sales plans into performance KPIs, setting relevant targets and benchmarks.
- Coordinate the construction of seasonal sales objectives in the context of the Open-To-Buy process.
- Analyze the user funnel on Dior.com using tools like Google Analytics and Contentsquare to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor core KPIs to identify friction points and support UX improvements, increasing conversion rates and enhancing e-commerce effectiveness.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-commerce, particularly in Digital Performance or Business Planning, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, and Contentsquare.
- Proven understanding of E-commerce and Omni-Retail ecosystems, including key sales and conversion drivers.
- High attention to detail, business acumen, and customer orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations swiftly.
- Proven autonomy and proactivity in executing actions and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to moderate and steer large meetings and presentations with clear agendas and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, effective in cross-functional and international team settings.
- Fluency in English.
