1. Lead by example, mentor, and support team development through sharing sales techniques to help colleagues achieve their targets.
2. Greet, serve, and advise customers, providing the highest standard of customer service at all times.
3. Develop customer loyalty by building relationships through a personal shopper style approach to sales.
4. Demonstrate product knowledge across all categories and maintain awareness of current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
5. Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.
6. Cross-sell between departments to support link sales and client interaction with all Dior universes.
7. Oversee the visual merchandising of the department, optimizing commercial opportunities.
8. Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the Line Manager when necessary.
9. Follow all stock control procedures and ensure the management of stock control for the department.
10. Support the management of back-office operations and coordinate stock takes for the department.
11. Understand and produce action plans for depreciated and slow-moving stock.
12. Assist in incorporating new staff members into the team and guide them.
13. Be present on the shop floor to support and motivate the team.
14. Provide the link between the team and management.
15. Conduct training sessions with the team on products.
16. Support with developing and mentoring the team, reviewing individual performance, and proposing development plans.
17. Hold Sales Consultant touchbase meetings as requested by management.
18. Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique.
19. Be conversant with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
20. Take all actions necessary to maximize security and prevent theft of products.
21. Ensure that the boutique operates in accordance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
22. Participate in team meetings and make a positive contribution.
23. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience at Supervisor level within luxury fashion.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
3. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
