- Lead by example, mentor, and support team development by sharing sales techniques to help colleagues achieve their targets.
- Greet, serve, and advise customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Develop customer loyalty by building relationships through a personalized shopping approach.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and remain informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
- Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.
- Cross-sell between departments to support link sales and enhance client interaction with all Dior universes.
- Oversee the visual merchandising of the department, optimizing commerciality at every opportunity.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the Line Manager when necessary.
- Follow and ensure adherence to all stock control procedures.
- Manage stock control for the department and support back-office operations.
- Coordinate stock takes and develop action plans for depreciated and slow-moving stock.
- Assist in integrating new staff members and guide them within the team.
- Be present on the shop floor to support and motivate the team, providing a link between the team and management.
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and support team development through mentoring and performance reviews.
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
- Maximize security measures to prevent theft and ensure compliance with company administration systems and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
- Perform any additional duties as directed by the management team.
- Previous experience at a supervisory level within luxury fashion.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Fluency in a second language (preferred).
